We stand for Nordlicht

Today Nordlicht is managed by Uwe Wichert. Mr. Wichert is a certified engineer who has been very active in the business for more than 30 years. He follows the path of his father who was a valuable professional at Nordlicht for many years. Mr. Wichert is the personification of light technology tradition at Nordlicht.

Responsible for our production processes at Nordlicht is Peter Bärsch. Mr. Bärsch is one of Nordlicht’s authorized representatives who is involved in all major business decisions together with Norman Spindler-Skirde. Besides his management role Mr. Spindler-Skirde is also responsible for commercial matters and administration.

At Nordlicht all wheels mesh with each other. As a result all decisions are made as a unit in full consideration to all aspects. Other divisions at Nordlicht are also consulted as temporary decision makers on a case by case basis in constant search for the ideal solution at all times, based on clients request.

Our field work is organized by three very open-minded professionals: Achim Heil, Manfred Gross and Holger Hirschberg, who establish close relationships between clients and our organization. We are constantly improving to do better as a team as well as an organization.
